Athlete's Notes: | Was I better than last time? I think I used the same effort as last time but I improved the techniques for push ups, planks, and super womans. I was able to do a few more exercises than last time. What can I do to be better next time? Next time I should continuously do the exercises because sometimes in squats or superwoman's, I would rest. Am I happy with my performance? I'm quite happy with my performance because my technique improved. |
