Was I better than last time?
I wasn't better this time. I think that I did my squats and crunches a little bit faster but my running and push ups were not as fast.
What can I do to be better next time?
I can run faster, and take less time on my push ups. It's only ten so I should be able to do them faster.
Am I happy with my performance?
Not really, I am not very fit right now and I should start working out more in my freetime.
