Yes. Last time I got 6:48 minutes, but this time I cut that down by about two minutes, even though this time we had to do more work.

What can I do to be better next time?
I think I still need to learn to pace myself. I thought I was pacing myself at the beginning, but I wasn't.

Am I happy with my performance?
Yes. I worked hard.
