Athlete's Notes: 7-2 . I did better this time by 2 minutes, 2 minutes is an extreme improvement. I feel very happy with this, if I can continue to improve by 1 minute, I feel that I will become very fit. To improve next time, I must continue to do push ups at home so that my muscles will become stronger and I will be able to complete the exercises faster. I am extremely proud of my performance.
