Was I better than last time? Yes, I think that I was better than last time, because I did not pause to take a break and I think that I did the push ups, squats and crunches faster.
What can I do to be better next time? I can practice more to improve next time. I should focus on the squats and crunches because I feel that I am slower at doing these.
Am I happy with my performance? I am happy with my performance because I did my best and I have improved.
