Athlete's Notes: | Was I better than last time? I think i was because i could complete every exercise for the full 30 seconds. What can I do to be better next time? Next time i should practice my superwomans because they were the worst out of all the exercises Am I happy with my performance? Yes but i feel like i didnt do the best i could when i was doing the superwomans |
