Was I better than last time? I think so because I was able to get the plank up a bit more longer and the superman I held up was hold up a bit longer.
What can I do to be better next time? It was three rounds for time, so I just do the same thing.
Am I happy with my performance? Yeah, since this is 3 rounds for time and for each exercise, I'm happy about it.
