Athlete's Notes: | I was better than last time. I got 19.27 min for the first time, compared to this time am 5min faster and I am really happy with this result, I can tell how much more I have improved and I really like it. though I think I coud work on my sit ups or crunched because I will be doing lots of it and I can get tired when I do it really easily. I need to build up my stamina for my sit ups or crunches it's taking me the most time in the workout |
