Athlete's Notes: I was way worse than last time, I was approximately 3 minutes slower. But I'm sure that I cheated last time, and I didn't do the pushups, crunches and squats properly.

Next time I just need to make a more efficient strength workout system. This time I had two parts to my strength part of the workout. I did 50 squats, 35 crunches and 25 pushups. This was very silly as I was very tired towards the second set. A smarter system would be to do 5 pushups, 7 squats and 10 crunches 10 times.

I am very happy, I was soaked in sweat afterwards and my whole body was burning. I think my form was correct and I did the correct amount of everything. I also pushed myself quite hard during the cardio.
