Athlete's Notes: | I don't think I was better than last time, because I remember I wasn't that behind. However, this time I was way behind (about 2 minutes). The reason why I think I wasn't better is because I was struggling with the push ups. If I do this next time, i will try to put my effort on the push ups and not use my energy on the laps (the reason was also because I was almost sprinting). Because I was behind, I'm not really happy with my performance and i will try to do well next time. |
