Was I better than last time?
I don't know if I did better than last time because we all had the same things to do and the same time. However, I do feel that I have gotten better at doing planks.

What can I do to be better next time?
Next time, I can try to stay in the plank (especially the side plank) longer instead of falling.

Am I happy with my performance?
I am happy with my performance because I did better than last time and I could do the exercises properly.
