Athlete's Notes: 7-5 I feel like i did better this time because i did everyhting better and with well technique then the last time.

What i can do better next time is right after the first thing then i quickly do the next time and not have a little break.

I am happy with my performance because i did better then last time, and i felt better when i did the workout today then yesterday.
