Was I better than last time?
I think I was better than last time because wen I was doing the plank, I didn't fall down as much as I did last time. This time I actually held for longer.
What can I do to be better next time?
Something i can do better next time is try not to fall down at all when doing the planks and hold for as much as I can.
Am I happy with my performance?
Yes I am happy with my performance because I kept up and I tried my best for all the rounds.
