Athlete's Notes: | Evelyn Wong 7-2 Compared to last time, did your score improve? Yes I improved by 4 minutes Are you happy with your result ? I am happy with my result because when I was running I kept a steady pace in the beginning so I wouldn't get tired so fast. And it the end I sped up. So thats why I was able to run the whole time. I did better this time than the last so I am satisfied. Next time I can do the exercises faster to improve my score. |
