Athlete's Notes: 7-2 I performed okay today in class, however I think that I was feeling very lazy and I decided to not give in as much effort, which has made me a little disappointed in myself. I didn't have a last time. Next time I plan on trying to lift my feet and hands up higher when doing the superwoman because I feel like I wasn't doing the exercise correctly as I only lifted my legs and hands very little.
