Athlete's Notes: | 7-4 Was I better than last time? Well, I couldn't really tell because we do this workout with a fixed time, but I personally think that my technique has improved since last time because I could last longer and Mr. Forde has not pointed out any mistakes yet, that might be because he didn't really say it. What can I do to be better next time? I could practice the exercises more on my own, like when I am watching tv. Am I happy with my performance? Yes, I am I feel that my technique has improved. |
