Was I better than last time?
I think I was better than last time because I was able to do proper double unders today and sometimes did 2 in a row. Last time I think I got 9 rounds.
What can I do to be better next time?
Next time I should do the WOD faster and get more rounds by continuously doing double unders instead of stopping after one.
Am I happy with my performance?
I am quite happy with my results because I tried hard and didn't cheat off doing 10 double unders.
