Athlete's Notes: I didn't get as good as last time. I didn't even get half as good as last time. I believe this is because last time we weren't as strict on the double-unders which made it twice as easy.

Next time I should improve the quality of my double unders. Every-time I managed to get the rope around twice but everything the rope would hit my shin.

I'm quite happy with my performance. Last time I remembered I struggled with one and now I'm actually quite close to a double under!
