Athlete's Notes: This was our first time we did this, so there was technically no last time. So for the first time i think i did a pretty good job. I can do my squats better last time, I needed to focus more on the technique because the only thing i focused was on getting it over with. After all I am happy with my performance because i'm sweeting like crazy, and that is a sign that i worked my butt of.
