Athlete's Notes: | 7-4 Was I better than last time? Yes, I was a lot better than last time, my result last time was over 18 minutes, I think that is because from all the other workouts, my stamina improved, and I was able to do the push ups, squats, and crunches faster. What can I do to be better next time? I could simply practice more in my own time. Am I happy with my performance? I am really happy with my performance, I did really well this time. |
