I was better than last time because I got 17:24 and this time I finished the workout in 12:56.

What can I do to be better next time?
Next time, I can try to make sure that I just keep running because I would walk sometimes and that used up a lot of my time. I can also try to do the push-ups, squats and crunches faster because those are easier for me.

Am I happy with my performance?
I am pretty happy with my performance because I did a lot better than last time. However, I want to work on long distance running because I still get really tired.
