Athlete's Notes: Was I better than last time? - No, I was worse last time i managed to do 9 rounds. But at the moment my lungs are in was weird situation and it really slowed me down.
What can I do to be better next time? - Aim strictly on what I am doing and do not take breaks and do not stop in the mean time.
Am I happy with my performance? - Since i feel kind of tired and am sick, I am fine that I have managed more than 3 round at least and this is fine with me.
