Athlete's Notes: | 7.2 Was I better than last time? No. Last time I got 8 rounds, but this time I was confused as to what counted as a double under. What can I do to be better next time? Understand what is being asked of us prior to workout. Am I happy with my performance? Yes. I think I did well, because for the first time, I was able to do several actual double-unders without missing it by one second. |
