Athlete's Notes: | I don't think that I did better than last time because we had to do double unders and I'm pretty bad at them, I find them quite hard. Next time I can focus more on double unders so that I get better at them for next time. I can also try extra hard. I am happy with the amount of rounds that I did, but not so happy on my technique of double unders. |
