Athlete's Notes: | 7-4 Was I better than last time? No, I was not, because last time, we were allowed to do single unders, but this time, we had to do double unders. What can I do to be better next time? I could work on my pull ups and double unders, I could only do it two rounds and the rope would not make it fully under the second time, it would keep hitting my ankles. And as for the pull ups, I always need some assistance to do them. I could improve next time by practicing these skills more, like jump roping for ten minutes every week. Am I happy with my performance? I am not that happy with my performance, even though I tried harder, I fell as if I have room to improve. |
