Athlete's Notes: | This is the first time we did this WOD. Next time I would improve my double under's and so them faster. I would also improve my techniques of the 5 squats by be more careful about how far I go down. I am happy with my performance because I was able to do double unders, but I wanted to do more of them. Also I was happy with my performance because I was able to do 5 rounds. |
