We didn't do this workout before so I don't know if I did better or not.

What can I do to be better next time?
To do better next time, I could try to work on my double unders so I can do those quicker and complete more rounds.

Am I happy with my performance?
I am quite happy with my performance because I tried my best to complete the double unders and actually managed to complete 4 rounds. However, I really want to practice my double unders so I can get better at them.
