Athlete's Notes: I am happy with my result. We took 6 minutes and 10 seconds to do 3 rounds. I was able to do it pretty quick, and even though it was really tiring I did my best to finish it. Next time, I would like to get 4 minutes to do this. I am pretty happy with my performance.
