Athlete's Notes: I did worse than last time because this workout was made harder than last time. I could have done better by doing it faster than for the first round. I am very happy with my performance because I did my best and I didn't rest for very long between each round.

I am happy with my workout and I did faster than last time. To get better, I should run faster.
