Athlete's Notes: I haven't done this exercise before so I couldn't compare to what I've done before.

This is as hard as I can work except, I should probably start timing when I start the workout, just to trim my time. Other than that I should improve the quality of my jump lunges as I didn't lower my front leg into 90 degrees.

Yes, I am happy with with my performance as I worked as hard as I can in a while.
