Athlete's Notes: | This is the first time I did this workout so I can't tell if I did better than last time or not. Next time, I can try to speed up the exercise that I find easier (this time it was the crunches) so that I will use less time. I am happy with my performance because I managed to complete it and tried my best, but I hope I will do better next time (5 minutes or below). |
