Athlete's Notes: This time I did better by 30 seconds, and I feel very proud because I can feel myself becoming more and more fit because the workouts are becoming easier and easier. Next time, I shall make sure that I do my bench jumps faster because I feel that I spent too much time on them, if I want a faster total time, I need to do my jumps a lot faster. I am very happy and proud of my performance, I want to continue this good work and hopefully be even better
