Was I better then last time? - I haven't done this before.
What can I do to be better next time? - find a breathing beat that i could use for the bench jumps, without take deep breathes and then short breathes again.
Am I happy with my performance? - I was quite impressed with myself and how fast i have finished but I might and could have at least done 30 less. Just lately i hve been quite lazy so this is fine for me.
