Athlete's Notes: | I was better than last, at least I think so. I couldn't remember the last time I have done this WOD. But I'm pretty sure, I've done better. Maybe I should focus on the techniques more. For example the squats and so. Yes and No. Yes because I did it really quickly. No because my techniques were really bad. And ugly. |
