Was I better than last time? I think so, i'm not sure if I did the exercise before.
What can I do to be better next time? I should complete my last round next time because I could will myself to finish my burpees.

Yes I am happy with it because it's good for someone who didn't exercise the holiday. Also, I have never felt my heart ache this much before so I know that I tried hard.
