Athlete's Notes: | 7-2 Was I better than last time? - I haven't done this workout out before. What can I do to be better next time? - Next time i should concentrate alot more on what I was doing, and get some rest. I am quite jet lagged and very tired at the moment. Am I happy with my performance? - I may have wish to have done at least two more rounds to be happy with. Although nine rounds are okay for me. |
