1. I do think that I did better than I did in the beginning of the year. I was able to persist and not stop when I get tired.
2. Next time I want to be able to control how I run better because, in the beginning of the workout, I was sprinting which took a lot of energy.
3. I am happy with my performance because I didn't stop.
