Athlete's Notes: | 7.5 Was I better than last time? I dont think that i was better than last time because i just went on the holidays and i am not fit anymore so it was a lot harder. What can I do to be better next time? I can run more laps and run faster. Am I happy with my performance? Yes because i haven't worked out in a while so it was harder than before. |
