Athlete's Notes: | Was I better than last time? I don't think so, because we just had winter break and I didn't do any workouts during it. What can I do to be better next time? After I have strenghened my muscles I could do more rounds. Am I happy with my performance? I am very happy with my performance because I got the same amount of rounds as the fittest kids in my class. |
