WOD: Did the BB hold and back squats unbroken until the final 90 second hold. Held it for 20s after the last 7 BS then had to rack it for about 30s before finishing the rest of the 90s. BMUs 6/3/3, 6/3, 4/3/3/2. The BB hold was the worst part.
