Athlete's Notes: | At home. Got through 27 S2O at the 15 min mark. Regional WOD counts the halfway mark and finish line each as one rep for the lunges so my score would be 15:05. HSPU strict (can't figure out kipping) - 10/5s. TTB 20/10/10. S2O 3s. Did 30 lunges which usually equals close to 100 ft. |
