Athlete's Notes: | At home. Thrusters 10/5, 6/3/3, 5/4. PUs with a 45lb plate hanging from my waist with a tow strap. They were 8/4/3, 4/3/3/2, 3/2/1/1/1/1. 2 seconds off PR but last time I used a weighted vest which I think makes the PUs a little easier. |
