Athlete's Notes: Times were 4:11,5:44,6:52,8:58,6:56. Not a PR the first round was 4 sec fast rest were way slower. C2D pushups were the hardest part, WEAKNESS, work on that please! 1st 3 rds pull ups unbroken, situps were slow, good pace on squats abs and legs were sore from last 2 days. copied from no scrolls.
