Athlete's Notes: | Only did 135 lbs. as I had to clean the weight from the ground, believe me that was enough being I hadnt lifted a weight in about a month. all Front squats unbroken, Pull-up grip was crappy. 15,10 10,10 10,5 5,5 5. |
