Athlete's Notes: | These weights were pretty good. I probably could have gone 10 or 15 lbs heavier on the single rep sets and the set of 10 probably should have been 145 or so. Last time I did this my weights were 185-105-195-95-185-75. So I guess this is a PR all around. |
