Athlete's Notes: | Just a word of advice, if you take off just a little over 2 1/2 weeks from working out! dont come back and try a 7 rounder as your first WOD back! almost lost last weeks lunch. used a 16 lb ball as we only have 2 20's. first 2 rounds unbroken then, 6,6 thrusters, 5,4 TTB and walked almost the entier 200 meters from round 4 to 7. |
