Athlete's Notes: | PR by nearly 12 minutes. Last time I puked. Thrusters were 7/4/4 the first round and 5/5/5 for the rest. I managed my rest to make sure that I could do 5 every time I picked up the bar. This resulted in a lot of bar-gazing. This one goes on my list of workouts I loathe. |
