Athlete's Notes: | OUCH!!!!!! GHD bench went pretty well till last set. Had hard time getting bar off of floor. Third set started to settle on last five (hard staying upright plank). Back ext unbroken. Run first 800 no problem. Second had to walk second 100m to get breath third run slowed way down. Head cold still affecting me. |
