Athlete's Notes: | Bench was sets of: 25-15–15-10-10-14-11 Sit-ups were sets of: 20-20-20-20-20 Original WOD was running 200M. I Ran 2 x 200 and injured my right calf on the second run. I finished the workout by completing 600 M Air-bike in place of 200M runs. Oh yeah, sit-ups were supposed to be wall-balls. I did 4 wall-balls, but my calf hurt too bad to do any more. I transitioned on the fly to Sit-up. Ended up being a good WOD, but I need to do it again RX. |
