Athlete's Notes: | I scaled the rounds / quit. Stopped after the fifth round of 250 row. I used the 35 lbs KB and 24” box. I did the step ups in alternating left /right. sets of six. Regular jump rope not heavy rope. The knees to elbow were sets of 2 - 3 the entire time. Did this at the academy with Tyler cook after SWAT training and lunch. Was not feeling it. |
